Staying Safe Before and After School
I have been informed this morning that on entry to school children and parents are coming into unnecessary close contact, particularly through the Walton Gardens approach. I know children are excitable in the morning but can we ask that parents insist on children staying close by and not running ahead to ensure that safe distancing can be maintained as far as possible on entry to school. Within the day, children are kept in year group bubbles and where possible class bubbles, when children are mixing freely before and after school and/or coming into contact with adults from other householders purposely or by accident this renders the hard work to maintain separation in school redundant and puts other families at risk.
Thanks for your help with this.
